Hey there fellow food enthusiasts! 

There comes the time in every kids life where they will realize their dream. For me it was both becoming an icon in the food industry & giving back to the community.  As a life long advocate of great food, it has always been my goal to help great food reach people and that is what my book is designed to do. To spread California Cuisine to regions more broad than the Golden State. 

As for my second goal, there are too many people in the United States that go without sufficient food on a daily basis. I grew up always wanting to help people in need. My book was designed to help aid hungry Americans nationwide. A portion of all proceeds from every book will be directly donated to help assist in the war against hunger in America. I am proud to say my book was designed and manufactured in the United States. Some people say that success is happiness, but I believe that fulfillment leads to happiness. I am looking forward to the personal fulfillment of walking into food kitchens and food pantries nationwide to donate money, food preparation equipment, and food itself.
